Tensile Testing Machine Safety Regulations

(1) Personal protection

Hands are strictly prohibited from touching the fixture area during the test. Goggles and anti-cut gloves must be worn when testing high-strength materials. Heat-resistant tools must be used when handling high-temperature specimens to prevent burns.

 

(2) Emergency treatment

Equipment abnormality: If there is abnormal noise, smoke, etc., press the emergency stop button immediately, cut off the power, and check whether the sensors and cables are overloaded.

Specimen splashing: Use long-handled tools to clean up the debris after stopping the machine, and check whether the clamps and sensors are damaged. It is forbidden to start again when the structural parts are deformed, and calibration by professionals is required.

 

(3) Maintenance

Establish a graded maintenance system: clean equipment surfaces daily, inspect fasteners and cables weekly, calibrate sensor zero points monthly, detect electrical system insulation resistance quarterly, perform comprehensive force value calibration and replace wearing parts every year.

The precise operation of the tensile testing machine relies on the deep integration of mechanical structure, electronic system and control software. Operators need to strictly follow standardized procedures, control quality in all aspects from test preparation to data post-processing, and pay attention to daily maintenance and emergency management. Only in this way can the long-term stable operation of the equipment be ensured and credible data support be provided for material performance evaluation.
