1. Installation should be carried out in a clean, dry, vibration-free room with sufficient space and a room temperature that can be controlled between 10 and 35°C to ensure a good environment for the peel testing machine's installation and maintenance.
2. Dig a pit at the installation location of the peel testing machine. The pit should be at least 50cm longer and wider than the base of the machine, and at least 30cm deep.
3. Pour concrete of strength grade not less than C20 into the pit. When pouring the concrete, leave holes for anchor bolts and for the installation of circuitry and sensor piping. The concrete foundation should be leveled.
4. Connect the peel testing machine to a three-phase four-wire power supply. The power supply should be equipped with an air switch and a leakage protection device. The power cord should be at least 150cm above the ground, and a manual switch should be installed on the power cord to control the machine's power supply.
