1. Clean the peeling steel plate with alcohol and then with a lint-free sandpaper.
2. Tape sampling:
First, peel off the outer 3-5 layers of tape. Then, use a sampling knife to cut a strip of sample approximately 200mm long and 25mm wide. Attach the strip to the cleaned peeling steel plate and roll it back and forth 3 times with a roller. Fold it in half, with the longer end facing upwards, and fix it to the fixture. Release paper (film) sampling:
Cut a 150mm piece of Tesa 7475. Attach the adhesive side to the silicone-coated side of the sample. Then, cut the sample into a long strip with scissors. Clean the fiberglass plate, apply double-sided tape, peel it off, and attach the cut sample, fixing it to the fixture with the longer end facing upwards.
3. Standard resting time is 20-40 minutes.
4. Set the units and test speed to 300 mm/min. Click "Zero All" in the software, then click "Run".
5. After the test is complete, the machine will automatically return to its original position. You can then tear off the tested sample strip. The test is now complete.
6. To test multiple samples, repeat the above steps.
