Operating Instructions for the Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

The operation of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber (temperature range -40 to 120℃, humidity range 10%RH to 98%RH) must be strictly followed to ensure testing accuracy. Before the test, check the integrity of the equipment's appearance (e.g., chamber sealing), power supply stability, and sensor accuracy (which can be verified by comparing with standard equipment). Clean and secure the samples (to avoid affecting airflow or causing contamination). During parameter setting, clearly define the temperature fluctuation (common ±0.5℃), uniformity (within ±2℃), and heating/cooling rates (1-5℃/min heating, 0.5-3℃/min cooling). Similarly, set target values and fluctuation ranges for humidity parameters. During operation, monitor the temperature and humidity change curves in real time, record abnormal noises (e.g., fan/compressor malfunctions), and save data regularly. After the test, take samples from the gradient balancing chamber's internal and external environments, clean condensate and debris (to prevent corrosion), and regularly maintain the filters and lubricate key components to extend their lifespan. This equipment is widely used in aging tests of electronic components (e.g., PCB reliability verification under high temperature and humidity conditions) and weather resistance evaluation of automotive materials.
