How to Extend the Service Life of a Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

1. To prevent dust from entering the chamber, ensure the surrounding floor is clean at all times.

2. Clean the interior of the chamber, typically every 3-6 months.

3. Regularly clean the air supply blades and condenser fan to prevent the accumulation of dust and other small particles.

4. Regularly clean the water channels and humidifier to prevent blockages that could cause the humidifier to burn out and damage it.

5. When the equipment is running at high temperature, it is recommended to clean the test chamber with cold water to maintain cleanliness. Ideally, set the temperature to 60℃ and allow it to dry for approximately 30 minutes to avoid affecting the next test.

6. The power circuit isolation switch and overheat protection device provide safety protection for the tested items and operators; therefore, regular maintenance is required.

7. After a certain period of use, a significant amount of dust will accumulate inside the small high and low temperature test chamber. A maintenance engineer, or under the guidance of a technician, should periodically open the equipment cover to remove dust. Additionally, tighten the heat sinks of all hot components, clean the seals and openings of the optical chamber, and calibrate the circuitry if necessary.

8. If the chamber is not used for an extended period, clean the interior thoroughly and keep it dry. Plug the equipment in every ten days or so for at least one hour.
