1. Peel Tester Force Calibration
After entering the computer program and opening the calibration interface, press "Start Test." Lightly hang a standard weight on the upper clamp connection seat, record the force value displayed on the computer, and calculate the difference between this value and the standard weight. The error should not exceed ±1%.
2. Speed Calibration
First, record the initial position of the machine's crossarm. Select the speed value on the control panel (use a standard straight steel ruler to measure the crossarm stroke).
Second, start the peel tester and simultaneously begin timing with an electronic stopwatch for one minute. Press the stop button on the machine at the same time the stopwatch reaches its set time. Record the crossarm stroke value based on the stopwatch reading; this is the speed per minute (mm/min).
Finally, observe the difference between the crossarm stroke value and the straight steel ruler reading, and calculate the crossarm stroke error value. It should not exceed ±1%.
