The chamber body is made of 304 stainless steel, combining high strength and airtightness (heat leakage ≤5%) to ensure a stable testing environment. The heating system achieves rapid heating (5℃/min) through nickel-chromium alloy heating wires, while the cooling system uses cascade compressor refrigeration technology to ensure low-temperature stability. The PID intelligent temperature control system adjusts the heating and cooling output in real time, and works with a centrifugal fan to achieve forced convection, ensuring a temperature uniformity of ±2℃ within the chamber. This modular design can meet the precise temperature control requirements of military applications, electronic component aging, and other scenarios.
