The transmission system of a tensile testing machine is the core component of the equipment's operation, and its lubrication condition directly affects testing accuracy and service life. Routine maintenance requires regular checks of the lubrication of components such as the lead screw, guide rails, and gears. A full lubrication is generally recommended every three months, but the specific interval can be adjusted according to usage frequency.
When lubricating, use the special grease or lubricating oil recommended in the equipment manual. Avoid using ordinary machine oil or grease. Clean the lubrication areas before application to ensure they are free of dust and impurities. For lead screws and guide rails, use a special lubrication gun to evenly inject grease into the guide rail grooves; for gear transmission components, apply lubricating oil dropwise to the gear meshing points. After lubrication, manually run the equipment several times to ensure the lubricant is fully distributed.
